Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PostPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.

The service

PostPilot lets you create brand profiles, generate AI-assisted social media content, schedule posts, and publish them to connected social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit). You are responsible for the content you generate, approve, and publish through your connected accounts.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for the team members they invite and the access levels they grant.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorize PostPilot to publish content to that account on your behalf using the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account in Settings.

Acceptable use

You may not use PostPilot to publish content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the terms of any connected platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Content ownership

You own the brand assets, products, and content you upload or generate through PostPilot. We don't claim ownership over your content; we process it solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer & liability

PostPilot is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure reliable publishing and accurate AI-generated content, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated content will always be error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PostPilot after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
